Pega Certification Date mismatch

My Original Certification Date for Certified Pega System Architect is Nov 3, 2023 which is reflecting correctly under my Achievements of my Pega Profile
but it is showing as December 2024 as my Original Certification Date when I am checking under Verify Certification . How to resolve this issue, I've contacted PearsonVue support team regarding this but they have asked me to contact Pega Support team in this regard. Can anyone guide me
