Thank you for the response. We are trying to identify what is triggering this rule.
Specifically, we need to determine if it's being invoked by:

A batch process (Job Scheduler/Agent/Queue Processor)
-
External system service calls (such as C11 Message Service)
Our main concern here is understanding why this activity appears in the logs on nodes in the inactive Data Center, where there are currently no users connected or active traffic to this Datacenter.

@SrimannarayanaB I think you're referring to a custom architecture implementation as I'm not aware of Pega supporting active and inactive data centres. Could you elaborate on the architecture that you're using?
