Pega Application - Health check

Hi Team,

In older versions of PEGA we use to have ping service to check application status from other systems before submitting the request to PEGA. In Pega 8.2.6, I could not find the service. Ideally, this ping service should be availble in "Monitor" service pacakge but, currently I am not able to see this.

Could you please confirm whether Pega changed the service name in recent releases ?

Hi Surendra,

Thanks for posting the query. You can use the below URL to check the health status of the pega server. Its working in 8.x as well.

http://<host>:<port>/prweb/PRRestService/monitor/pingservice/ping
