Pega Agents and Listeners Health status Alert Automation
We know that Agents and Listener can be monitored/control through SMA portal.
Is there any simple way to develop a service/component in PRPC or on server (shell script) which can notify/Alert the status of all Agents and Listeners running on a Multihost/Multinode environment setup?
If anybody has any information related to this. Kindly share.

Hi, I know this is an old thread. But the link you provided does not resolve. I want to install AES and there is an Important note in the Installation guide stating that I should read this document first before starting. I can not find this doc or a replacement on PDN, do you know where the document is?

Note that AES (or even Predictive Diagnostic Cloud) can only monitor the agent going down. There is no support yet for a listenener going down and generating an alert.
