Pega 8.8 Data Archival Tool Data Purger - Does it trigger the Declare Trigger Rule to fire?
Hi, I would like to find out the following:
When pzPerformPurge activity in the pyPegaPurger Job Scheduler deletes a record off a table (e.g. a record from Data-WorkAttach-File), will Declare-Trigger rules fire?
Based on my experiment, it does not. But I don't rule out user error on my part.
The reason I would like to know is because I would like to build logic to call API regarding the document currently stored in an external repository.

@TerenceY0215- Did you rule out the conditions in WHEN rule pzExternalStorageDelete? If any of the conditions are met, Declare trigger will fire the activity regardless from where or how we invoke deletion of Data-WorkAttach-File.

@Harish_Gunneri , I am not referring to the pyDeleteContent Declare Trigger that has the pzExternalStorageDelete When condition. I created my own Declare Trigger with no When condition. My custom Declare Trigger didn't fire.
