Did I miss something? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm having the same exact issue/error:
PESetup-Work.SetPortNumberUnable to open an instance using the given inputs
Which "port" line should be changed: connector port 8080, connector port 9009, server port?

Can someone help on this as this is certainly an issue as everytime I shutdown and do the start up again the PE doesn't work.
