Pega 8.1 Platform Login Icon Error while Opening from Desktop-- HTTP Status 404 – Not Found

Hi Team,

I am getting HTTP Status 404 -Not found error while opening the Pega 8.1 Login Icon from desktop.Since Last week, I could able to open it properly without and any but I am getting error everytime trying to open it.

Please find the attached screen and server logs generated.

Kindly look into the issue and help me to resolve it asap.

Hi Team,

Initially when I had installed the Pega 8.1 version it works fine for few weeks and then suddenly one week when I try to start , got so many exceptions and Pega engine didn't start properly so don't know how to resolve all these exceptions and solve this error.Please help me solve this problem asap.
