prgateway HTTP Status 404 - /prgateway/index.jsp error

hi

i want to do host configuration in prgateway, when i give https://host:portnumber/prgateway and click enter i am getting HTTP Status 404 - /prgateway/index.jsp error.

Can someone please tell what is the issue!

Did you successfully deploy the Additional_Products/IAC/prgateway.war and if so have you checked whether it has been started?

Also, the "prgateway" is case sensitive. You may want to check your browser isn't accidentally converting your lower case text to some upper characters (due to a previous attempt).
