When the new Pega Academy site was launched, ‘Readiness’ badges (Pega Platform Ready, Pega Robotics Ready, Customer Service Ready, etc.) earned in the previous Pega Academy application were retired and currently do not display in Achievements page in the new site.

Readiness badges may be reinstated in the near future, but for now we are encouraging students to keep current with their training by completing the latest version of our training Missions, which will earn students a Mission badge in their Achievements page.
