When the new Pega Academy site was launched several months ago, a new badging system was also launched. ‘Readiness’ badges (Pega Platform Ready, Pega Robotics Ready, Customer Service Ready, Pega Delivery Ready, etc.) that were earned in the previous Pega Academy application were retired and are not available going forward. Any previously-earned Readiness badges will not display in Achievements page in the new site. Going forward, we are encouraging students to keep current with their training by completing the latest version of our training Missions, for which students will earn Mission completion badges in their Achievements page.

For example, you may want to complete the Pega Express Delivery mission. You can search for and find other missions in the Pega Academy search page or find Certification-related missions on our Certifications page.
