Pega 7.3.1 Kibana - On loading the dashboard we are getting the Courier Fetch warnings.

We recently had a pega cloud upgrade. We have been provided with Kibana URL. Pega version is 7.3.1

Upon loading the dashboards, we are seeing the following warning on the screen. Refer the document for the warning message screenshot.

"Courier Fetch: 15 of 150 shards failed."

Suspect the configuration is incorrect as few of the things are not loading in the dashboard. Please suggest.
