Is Pega 62SP2 compatible with Oracle 12c database running in 11g compatible mode

Pega support mentions that Pega 6.2SP2 is not compatible with Oracle 12c database. https://community1.pega.com/community/pega-support. Has any one used Oracle 12c database running with 11g compatible mode for Pega 6.2 SP2 or lower versions?

HI Prakash,

 

There is no support for Oracle 12c version with compatibility mode on 6.2 SP2

Support is only added starting with 6.3SP1 with a hotfix.

We have an application developed on PRPC 6.2 SP2, Oracle Webogic server version Proprietary information hidden. We are planning to upgrade the Oracle Weblogic server version from Proprietary information hidden to Proprietary information hidden or higher. How can I confirm if  Oracle weblogic server version is supported for PRPC 6.2 SP2? Can anyone please confirm?

And also SHA 2 is compatible with the above Oracle Weblogic Server version: Proprietary information hidden ?

Hi Mahender,

 

As per the Platform Support Guide, There shouldn't be any problem upgrading the Weblogic server from Proprietary information hidden to Proprietary information hidden

I am unsure of SHA-2 support comptability, but below link may give some insights.
