Is Pega 6.2 SP2 version supported on Oracle 11g R4
In the below Pega link I could see Pega 6.2 SP2 version is supported on Oracle 11g R1 and R2. But I could not see any information related to Oracle 11g R3 and R4 support. Could anyone please let me know if Pega 6.2 SP2 version is supported on Oracle 11g R3 and R4?

Oracle 11g R1 and R2 are listed as supported Database versions in platform support guide for PRPC 6.2 sp2. Oracle 11g R3 and R4 are not listed there. They are not certified by Pega for PRPC 6.2 sp2.

Thank you for your response, we have tried to connect Pega 6.2 SP2 version to Oracle 12c and faced compatible issues. Oracle 11g R3 and R4 are not compatible OR we can give it a try?

Based on platform support guide for PRPC 6.2 sp2, Oracle 12c is not supported for PRPC 6.2 sp2. So, you cannot use it.

To answer your this question, if you have reasons that you must use Oracle 11g R3 and R4, and you want to give a try, then I recommend that you need to do extensive testing. Also, if you encounter issues in the future due to using Oracle 11g R3 and R4, you need to handle the issues by yourself.
