"paste as plain text" pop up window not working in Pega 8.2.2.
In Pega 7.2.1, to paste un-formatted text in a default format, there is an option "paste as plain text" on RTE (Rich text editor) field. On click of that icon, a pop up window comes where a user can enter un-formatted text and on click on submit, it pastes default formatted text where as in Pega 8.2.2, on click on "paste as plain text", there is an error "Your browser doesn't allow you to paste plain text this way. Press Ctrl+shift+V to paste." We have tried this is all browsers - IE, Firefox and Chrome and on different systems. Issue is persistent in all browsers and machines. Is this the product bug or intended to work this way? We are left with only Ctrl+Shift+V option to paste un-formatted text. Please advise
Ctrl+Shift+V works in both 7.2 and 8.2 but "paste as plain text" works only in 7.2

I do see your problem specifically with 8.2.2. I do not see this occur in 8.3 though which is the most recent product release. Is updating to 8.2.3 or 8.3 an option that you can consider to address this issue?
