Parallel Robot Activity?

Hi,

I am using Robot Manager Version 1 and Pega 7.2.2 and am wondering if anyone has done a POC on if multiple cases in a robot workbasket can be worked on in parallel under the same automation name?

Hello Sam,

The architecture doesn't allow work on multiple cases parallel by a single robot. It will work on the cases one after the other.
