Package Server doesnt work if the System on which its running is locked.
The package publishing fails if the machine on which the package server is running, is locked.

The package Server is an independent server we are using just to store packages. This server is shared by all the developers and business users. Since package server cannot be run as a windows service, what is the solution to use the deployment of packages using package server?

The Package server auto starts after every re-start of the server. However, the command (cmd) window doesn't start with an admin right. If we have some solution to start the cmd as "Run as administrator", please share. The issue with package server not able to accept new packages when the system is locked still persists.
