Outbound mail is not sending out when ever the Email subject is more than 84 characters length
Hi,
We are using "SendEmailNotification" OOTB activity to send mail and setting the custom subject, body and To values as per our requirement. But, the email is not delivering when the email subject is more than 84/85 characters. It will be helpfull for me if any one provides the solution.
Note:
1. We are using PEGA PRPC 7.1.9. As per our project requirement we may need to set the Subject upto 140 characters dynamically.
2. No errors/exceptions found in tracer and log as well and more over outbound email connectivity also fine.

I have verified tracer as well . nothing can be found. the Java steps of OOTB "SendEmailNotification" activity which used to send mail step status was Good only.
More over the Subject,Body and To values are mapping properly in 'MessageContainer' page. Please refer attached screenshot of tracer
Note: the scenarios where we setting the subject less than 85 characters, the email was receiving by To.

Hi,
Just to give a hint on debugging this further; if there are no errors in the logs and tracer on PRPC side, can you check in the sent box of the outbound email ? If you can see your mails there, then try checking the junk mails of your To email ?

Hi Anupama,
The OOTB activity does not have any such restriction on the length of the subject. Please can you trace and check if the step which sends the mail is getting executed and the step status is good?
