Rich Text input not allowing more than 256 characters
I have a case data model property configured as Type: Text (paragraph), Options: Rich Text. However at runtime it won't allow more than 256 characters.
This is the configuration:
Any advice on how to fix this would be much appreciated.
I'm using Pega 7.4.

Hi, thank you all for your comments, the property configuration is the place to do the change.

Hi,
I just quickly tried the scenario in 7.4, however i could not see any issue with max characters.
Can you try checking if the property has any max length configured or any validation on number of characters at property level.
Attached the configuration and runtime screenshots for your reference.
Thanks.

Hello,
Seems you missed to share the configuration, could you please share the configuration details with screen shot. Hope we will be able to help you.
Also, just check if the property you are using having any max length defined? Or even the control you are using, check that configuration also, there might be max length defined as 256.
Thanks & Regards,
Gopesh

If you want to change the lenght of that control please try to customize that control with your own size.
