we want to create a report that can give as in the results if an operator is a full / occasional or sporadic one.
We already created a report for class Log-License-Usage-Daily and using these columns:
.pzUsageDay
.pzUserId
.pzInteractionCount
.pzInvocationCount
.pzNoInvocationFlowCount
.pzNoInvocationUserCount
.pzUsageHoursCount
The meaning of the columns pzUsageDay, pzUserId and pzUsageHoursCount is quite clear, but does anyone know what the other ones are representing?

Hi, thank you for your reply. I'm sorry but the article is not explaining the meaning of the columns, plus we don't have issues with the data but we just want to know how different users are divided between full, occasional and so on.
