Hi, In general, pxResolvedUserId contains Operator ID of the operator or other requestor) who most recently resolved the work item. Older values are retained within a page of the pyResolveSummary property which is a page list with values populated from different sources including some pyResolveUserGroup. So , may be because of that you might be getting the value like that or check for all the references and make sure that it's not getting overridden with the value you said anywhere in the application.
