Operator Image

I have been working on a case type in which whenever an operator log is to the application, the image he uploaded should be displayed while running any case in the application. How to retrieve this image?

Hi

In section you want to display the image include OOTB control pxOperatorImage in the section you need and 

In the Parameters tab include following 

  1. Operator ID : OperatorID.pyUserIdentifier
  2. width : 30 ( the width you need in px)
  3. height : 30 ( the height you need in px)
  4. OperatorPresenceEnabled : true if you want to show whether the operator has logged in or else put false
  5. ShowMiniProfile : check this to show his/her mini profile on click

This will show you the operator image.
