Operator image is grey for all initials
The operator Image starting from infinity version is grey in colour but it used to in different colours based on the initials, the CSS used in the control is pyavatar and there is update made and now the version 08-24-04 has only one colour which is grey. Need to know why this change was incorporated.

In the latest Pega Infinity versions, the operator image that used to show different colors based on the user's initials now appears in grey for all users. This change happened because the pyAvatar control was updated in version 08-24-04 as part of the new Constellation design system. Pega made this change to keep the look of the application simple, clean, and consistent for all users. The earlier color logic was removed to follow the updated design standards. If you want to bring back the old behavior with colored initials, you will need to customize the pyAvatar control and apply your own CSS styling. However, this would be a manual customization and may require updates again in future Pega versions
