Operator ID creation issue with minimum characters validation on 8.1 vesrion

Hi Everyone,

We recently started development on Pega 8.1 version.we are facing issue while creating operator ID with minimum characters validations.Our organization has employee ID's with 7 characters. we are getting attached error while creating operator ID.can you please let us know if we have any solution to skip the validation.

Hi Sanjeev , 

By default , Pega expects a minimum of 8 charaters for operator ID . https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/configuring-login-security-and-password-policies

However If you can Modify it ,Go to  Designer studio -> System -> settings -> Security Policies.

You can update the minimum Operator ID Length .
