OpenSpan : Outlook Getting locked during Runtime causes runtime to stop
UseCase; OpenSpan Automation gets triggered as soon as NewMail arrives at inbox of Outlook. Upon arrival of new mail (through NewMail event of Outlook) , we are starting an activity to perform a task(download the attachment & reply back to the email). Once the task is completed, it works for other mails in the queue.
Issue: while the activity is started by the first mail, outlook gets stucked mid way. When the automation goes back to work for the next emails, OpenSpan throws the error "OpenSpan.Runtime has stopped Working".
Is there any way to resolve this issue ?
We suspect the outlook getting locked is causing runtime to stop.

I have tried setting the first link as Async (link from NewEmail Event ) but before one activity gets completed it is getting triggered for other emails so that it is not running in queue for bulk emails one after the other & flow is getting interrupted. e.g. it will work for first email & not for other emails, without async it is not even responding for second mail & locking outlook application which leads to "OpenSpan.Runtime has stopped working" when tried with Activity Events (ActivityStarted, ActivityCompleted) it is working fine for every email in queue one after the other ,also completing the flow but always working for same emails (e. g; if 10 different emails comes it works for first email only 10 times & responding to the same email 10 times which means NewMail->Extract proxy is not getting updated with current received email contents first time for first Mail, second time for second new email etc. ),Any inputs will be really helpful.
