Openspan Integration

Hi,

Can we run the bot from external application on button click, which is not started/associated through openspan runtime.

( We have a Usecase in which some action need to be performed on click event from Pega application but business requirement is in such a way that application should not start by Openspan runtime)

If I understand your question - you are wanting to do RDA (Robotic Desktop Automation).  Please see this article which will help you to understand how Pega 7 can communicate with a RDA process.
