OpenSpan 7.1 "OpenSpan.Adapters.Controls.TabStrip#SelectTab" method does not work if the tab name is not in Japanese
I have a java swing application which present contents in a Tabbed panel set.
The application displays Tab_1 by default, and I wanted to automatically navigate to Tab_2 when the application launches.
I have tried "Hide" and "Show" method like below, but they didn't work as expected. Any ideas?

Chunzhi,
Have you tried selecting the tab by index rather than selecting the tab by name? The index should be 0 based, meaning that the first tab is set to 0 , the second tab is set to 1, and so forth.
If you need confirmation that you are on the correct tab, you can perform a name comparison check with the selected tab property to confirm that you are on the desired tab through autx.

Hi Chunzhi,
Am facing an issue in interrogating & automating java swing application(which is launched through .bat file) Actually in adapter(windows application) properties, I have specified the path of java swing application(.bat file) in path & java runtime files(javaw.exe) in Target Path ,specified StartAndWait as StartMethod ,after that whenever I click on start interrogation application is getting launched but interrogation form is not coming & also it throws the error saying "The Process javaw.exe failed to start within given timeframe".However I tried out changing Hookchildprocess to true & false ,Javainvoketimeout & idle timeout but is of no use. only Sometimes interrogation form is coming & able to interrogate the controls ,but for Some controls like(virtual menubar & menu items ) there is no focus & enable events & performclick is not working for this kind of controls.
Could you please guide me if u faced this issue in launching Swing application.

Attached Zip file JavaSwingTabbedPaneDemo.zip.txt contains the OpenSpan solution file and the Tabbed Pane Demo application that is able to reproduce the issue.
Remove .txt extension before unzip the file.
Adapter setting must be changed before running the solution or start interogater.
Java 1.8 runtime is required.
