OpenSpan 7.1 Can not stop a timer by calling the timer's Stop method

I wanted to use a timer to display elapsed time in seconds.

However, it seems that timer is not stoppable by calling the timer's Stop method.​

Is this a known issue ? or am I using timer in a wrong way?

See attached image for more details.

If "Enabled" property was set to false in the properties window, the timer didn't start after calling "Start" method.

.Net provides several timers. OpenSpan does not do anything to change their behavior. Generally, start and stop can be replaced by setting enabled to true or false. Can you identify the type of timer you are using?
