Regarding Connection to Openspan Management Console for OpenSpan 7.1

I have a query regarding connection to OpenSpan Management Console. To deploy our projects we need OpenSpan Management Console ,but while installing it asks for Configuration Server URL and Tenant Name(Screenshot is attached). How to get tenant name and Configuration Server name? Do we need to purchase license for this if we want to deploy our real time projects? If yes, could you please tell the procedure to get the license or can we get trial for Configuration Server.
