OOTB Utility for repairing the lost assignments - pega prpc 6.2 sp2

What's the OOTB Utility to repair cases that has lost it's assignment, by rebuilding the assignments in PRPC 6.2 SP2?

check work-FixProblemAssignment and Assign-FixProblemAssignment and both will work fine. Missing and broken assignment could be due to multiple issue like people trying to move assignment with activities, tickets etc and some processing which is not BPM specific.
