Have you checked the "pyCaseDetails" section ? you may want to add more properties to suit your needs.

Navigation details - 

1. From menu option System ->Settings
2. System will open settings screen 
3. Click on security policies tab 
4. Top right corner click on Display audit logs 
5. System will show login failed user, date, name, ip and message 

if you need both success and failure login the report, in security policies tab, under Audit policy header, enable audit log level to advance. System has login details in pr_log_securityaudit

Once we click the DisplayLog report is popping out. Could you please refer section  for the same if any.

Display audit log button directly calls report definition pzSecurityAuditTrial so it shows in popup.  connect pzSecurityAuditTrial RD with your custom section.

OOTB doesn't have any section connected with pzSecurityAuditTrial
