Customized Audit Trail under History section

How to include a customized audit trail in the history section of Pega's Audit Trail based on  a feature in my application ?This will help me to include my Date,Description and Operator in the section. Please reply.

Hi, You can make use of the pre / post processing activity in every flow action through your flow where you can call an activity that has a History-Add method. This would save the path taken in the work flow. Hope this helps. Regards, Ratan Balaji.

But I want to customize audit trail without using History-Add method.Does anyone know any OOTB rule(Data Transform pyTrackSecurityChanges ) which on saved in my work class  and doing necessary modifications there can achive my goal ?
