OOM erros with com.pega.pegarules.monitor.internal.pal.PALSnapshotsImpl class occupies most of heap size

Hi All,

We are facing an out of memory errors with message "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space".

After our heap dump analysis we found around 87% of our heap size is occupied by objects from "com.pega.pegarules.monitor.internal.pal.PALSnapshotsImpl".

System Details:

Pega Version: 8.1

Heap Size: 8 GB

WebSphere Server.

Did anyone faced similar issue? Any direction for further investigation are appreciated.

interesting, I see similar issues for earlier version of Pega - should have been fixed since 7.3. Is this happening consistently? Any clue what use patterns you are running in particular? Also what exactly is the 8.1 patch level? I would like to see if it is happening in our internal environments?
