Old cases Embedded data is not getting populated after creating declare index rule.
Hi,
i have pagelist property(pyWorkPage.ProductList()) in my case, i am trying to use this in Report, i have optimizied few properties from the Optimization tool wizard, it has created a new index-class, index-property and new declare index rule and created column population jobs as well. even after successful execution of column population jobs i could not see data in my old cases.
One of my colleagues suggested to open and save the cases again. But i couldnt see data in index class.
Can someone please provide me a solution for this.
isn't role of column population jobs is to populate data from BLOB to newly added columns in Index-class?
Please confirm this as well.

@Neeraj_ncWhile opening and saving the cases, can you try setting pzReindex property value to true for each case, it would create indexes for each case.

@Neeraj_ncIt would copy the data from blob to newly created column for all existing cases. As you might have created the declare index independently, index instances are not created for existing cases.
