Declare index does not populate the values for old cases properties
Hi All,
I am facing an issue in my application.
I have a report definition in which I fetch data from declare Index.All the properties were getting populated properly in the report .
Then after some time I added a new property in the declare index , but that property values populates only for the new cases created after the addition of the property. The old case's property is not getting populated.
In short , my declare Index is not getting refreshed for old cases.
1 solution can be to change the values for the properties in old cases via n activity and save. That way declare index will get refreshed. But does anyone has any other approach for this.

To expose the old case properties you need to run commandline utility prpcUtils with action as 'expose' and put your operator credentials in prpcUtils.properties file that will allow the old cases to be exposed coming from the application mentioned in your operator's access group.
