Offline model score usage
HI
One of our requirement is to use Customer life cycle value(CLV) in determining one of the retention offer.
Now CLV is calculated by our Data scientist team outside Pega and pass the score to Pega CDH team to use.
I know we can use the score in the below 2 ways
- Use in engagement policy
- Use the model score as one of the predictor in our Adaptive model.
My question is, Which option is recommended? and why?
