@arunr16628962 The error "No unlocked Ruleset versions are available" occurs when there is no unlocked ruleset version available for making changes or creating new rules during the mobile application development process. To resolve this issue, you need to ensure that there is an unlocked ruleset version in your application, which allows you to make changes and create new rules as needed.
Do you have any unlocked ruleset in your application stack? If you have unlocked rulesets, can you try tracing not when opening or saving the channel but when you click on Channel tile to create new channel.
On defaultstore, the setting needs to change and repository should point to a resilient repo like S3, etc. If you are on Pegacloud, you can use pegacloudfilestorage or any other repo of your choice.
