Hi, 

    Recently we are getting below error during excel file creation, system fails to create and download excel files.

Could not get transformer objectcom.sun.org.apache.xml.internal.serializer.utils.WrappedRuntimeException: Could not load the propery file 'output_xml.properties' for output method 'xml' (check CLASSPATH)

 

 is it any value corrupted in CLASSPATH?

Did you recently import any jars (or add jars into your app server classpath), especially xalan serializer jars? the property file normally is part of the jar as resources. Could be class conflict if that is the case.
