Not able to upgrade Work area control

We are trying to upgrade work area control in Pega 7.4 version. But on click of Upgrade now button I am seeing "This workarea control is configured in a way which prevents automatic upgrade". I tried Upgrade now option in both IE and Chrome browser but it's not upgrading to Dynamic Containers.

Any suggestions on this issue pls?
