Goal Seek Pattern - UI Controls no longer work after upgrade to v7

Pega contains a series of rules out of the box to support the Goal Seek pattern (VerifyProperty, PromptGoalSeekProperty etc). These rules would allow you to drive UI content using the declarative network. After upgrading to v7 Pega is no longer recognizing the UI Control configured on the property when prompting for a missing property. Is this a known issue and how do we fix so that the UI controls are referenced?
