PDF Eform not working after Upgrade

Hi,

We have upgraded from PEGA 5.5 to 7 recently

After the upgrade all the PDF eforms which are created by adobe lifecycle and is in XML format are not working properly. The fields in the PDF are coming as blank . All other simple PDF eforms are working fine.

Please suggest how to fix the issue.

Not sure which browser you are using. Some times Browser specific PDF plug-in may disable the OOTB Adobe plug-in's. Please check whether your respective Adobe PDF plug-in's are enabled in the browser.

Hi Ravi: We are not parsing the xml from our side.We are simply using map eform to update the PDF forms. The PDF is designed in adobe livecycle designer  from back end XML
