custom control in Pega 7.1.7 upgrade

i had used a custom control for attaching a file in Pega 5.x , later on upgrading it to Pega 7.1.7 there are issues with the filename when i'm upload a file. the special characters in the filename are getting converted to their ASCII values on upload.

Hi Sovan,

To obtain a hotfix, you will need to create an SR with Pega Support with the Request Type as Existing Hotfix Request.

Hi Lochana,

 

I cannot find any Create button or option when I open the MSP page.

It asks me to select an Account to create a new request but I can't see where to select the Account option either.

Please assist me with the same.
