Not able to modify row when decision table upgraded from 5.4 to 7.1

We upgraded to 7.1 from 5.4, when I am trying to update a row of a decision table even though I am able to add the row but could not able to update the condition values. I can only able to update the result column. Any advice on this. This is not the case when I am creating a new decision table.

Hello,

I would request you to go back and check "Results" tab in your Decision table  that below check boxes should checked then only you will be able to update the rows and columns within your Decision table.

"Allowed to update row layout"

"Allowed to update column layout"
