@AkhilS234There aren't any special considerations or settings you'd need to make to enable Pega Robot Studio to interrogate in IE mode. Have you tried with other sites or only a specific one? You might check your Web Controls tab to see if anything is visible there. That might give me a clue if you see anything and can send a screenshot.
@AkhilS234 Pega Robotics cannot interrogate web pages that run inside Edge’s IE Mode on Windows 11, because IE technology is retired and the hooks used for interrogation do not load in that compatibility shell. Move the target site out of IE Mode and open it in standard Edge, then use a Universal Web Adapter with BrowserType set to Edge. Make sure you’re on a supported Studio version for Windows 11, install the Pega Browser Extension for Edge and the Native Messaging Host during setup, and run Studio once as admin so the extension handshake is registered. In the adapter, point StartPage to your app, enable HookChildProcesses if it spawns windows, and build match rules normally. In Edge, confirm the extension is enabled, allowed in private windows if you use them, and allowed to read file URLs if needed. If your enterprise policy forces IE Mode, you will not be able to interrogate in that context, so either get the site removed from IE Mode or automate via an alternate surface like Win32 controls, APIs, or a non IE Mode browser. After switching to standard Edge, reattach and reinterrogate to refresh selectors. This path keeps you upgrade safe and aligns with Microsoft and Pega’s current support.
