Not able to get case info in openspan visual studio from Pega platform 7.3.1 personal edition

Hi,

I am not able to retrieve the case type field info in openspan visual studio from Pega platform 7.3.1 personal edition, but it did work in Pega platform 7.2.2 enterprise solution. so I am wondering if it has been disabled in personal edition or not.
