Each exercise should include a link below the "Your assignment" section that says "Open exercise system". Click the link to open a new window containing the exercise environment.

Depending on your browser sometimes the "My Training"  will not load the courses I have enrolled in. I use Google Chrome and experience this issue intermittently. A workaround for this issue to search for the course in the learning library. Once located, click on the link and it will display your course with your completed sections.

Or you could try using a different browser such and Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox.
