Business Architect Essentials (7.3) Login Issue
Students taking the Business Architect Essentials (7.3) course should use the credentials provided in the exercise scenario. Click the Open Exercise System link to open the exercise environment. Enter the credentials provided in the scenario. After you complete each exercise, Log off of the exercise environment.

We seem to have a capacity issue in the 7.3 exercise system. about half our folks got connected and the other half. can not with a message saying exercise system is expanding. Please come back again.

Thanks for letting us know about this issue. The Pega Academy team is aware and is working on a fix that should take 30-45 mins.

this issue was fixed this morning
• Log out of all pega sessions
• Close all browser tabs
• Clear complete browser cache
• Restart browser and retry
• If issue persist try incognito mode
• If issue persist try a different browser

Hi,
I canot log in the Open exercise system, the login I use in Pega Academy is not recognized, and when I try the "Forgot password" even my user name is note recognized !
Have you the solution?

first, changing topics within a thread is not good practice. Your question is not related to BAE731 login issues, is it?
second, what system are you working on? I don't think it should have a production level 5 if it is a Pega Academy exercise system.

My apologies, there was indeed an issue with some exercise systems regarding the production level. But it has been corrected. So, logout, clear cache, retry. Should be all good.

Hi,
I am taking the Business Architect Essentials course & am working on the Managing Work in Pega exercise. Credentials provided in the course did permit access into the exercise environment link provided in the course.
The environment provided in the scenario opens in Pega EXPRESS however, the instructions for the 2nd portion of the exercise to "Add Features and sub-features to the Application" are for Designer Studio.
Hoping someone is able to provide some guidance on how best to complete this exercise (& possibly others later in the training perhaps). Thanks!

Hi everyone!
I'm on the Business Architect Essentials course and am having a problem on the "Designing a data model" exercise.
Part of the exercise is to create a 'Invoice Total' calculated property, but after creating the field and clicking the 'gear' icon, the Calculation modal dialog is shown without the expected dropdown seletcion fields, with just one text input field (as in the attachment printout).
Anyone can give a tip?
