Not able to access the exercise in System Architect Essentials 8

Whenever i click on open exercise system it will throw error as contact system administrator.

It appears your exercise system had expired.

Please perform the following in order:

-    Log out of current Pega Academy sessions
-    Close all active browser tabs/windows
-    Completely clear browser cache and cookies
-    Restart browser and retry access to the course again from https://academy.pega.com/dashboard/online
-    If issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and try again
