Not able to find the plugin openspanpluginvs2015setup.exe

Hi,

I have started reading the Pega RPA tutorial. In that they have mentioned to install openspanpluginVS2015setup.exe to create sample program but i am not able to find this executable. Please guide me how to get this executable.
