HI Giridhar,

As per the information provided in the document you are trying to create an SR for the issue with the PDN Self Study issue.

For any issue with the PDN Self-study you don’t need to raise an SR, you can directly mail to [email protected] with your issue for the assistance.

Moreover the information you provided in Product is not available in the drop down list, so i think you had manually entered this value and the product version you selected is irrelevant to your issue.
