No access on exercise plattform for SAE 8 Solution build user (author@tourist)

Hello,

I am trying to perform the SAE 8 Solution build exercise, but login with the specified username is currently not possible (author@tourist). Any idea why? Thanks!

This is usually a browser caching issue.

Please perform the following in order:

  • Log out of current Pega Academy sessions
  • Close all active browser tabs/windows
  • Completely clear browser cache and cookies
  • Restart browser and retry access to the course again from https://academy.pega.com/dashboard/online
  • If issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and try again
